Hi, I’m Caroline Spence, a Chicago-based yoga and Pilates instructor known for my playful, challenging, and intentional approach to movement. I’ve been teaching for over 6 years, creating dynamic, experience-driven classes that blend strength, creativity, and mindfulness.My offerings include Pilates, strength, yoga, and breathwork—each designed to help you reconnect, build confidence, and come home to yourself. My style is expressive and athletic, influenced by my background in cheerleading and gymnastics, and rooted in the belief that movement should feel both empowering and freeing.I see every class as an opportunity for you to feel grounded, energized, and fully present in your body.
